What if we become partners in Life with our kids?

How effective can punishment be when kids are old enough to understand us?

I found that the more a treat my kids as un-experienced adults, the more mature they behave. So much so, that I’m starting to find ineffective using my power of punishment.

Instead, I found that an honest conversation about a given problem, leads the kids to find solutions on their own, which ultimately builds their confidence to make better decisions in the long term.

With every conscious decision they make, they create a library of experiences, making it easier and easier to choose better options for them in the future.
