Don’t judge me… Use me!

It’s so attempting to judge, to add our label to “what is”. Specially when we are interacting with another human being. But what if, when we judge that person in front of us, we are missing the opportunity that this experience is giving us… to use their condition in our favor… to clear our awareness from the conditionings of the past.

It seems that the habit of judging keeps us in the jail of our pre-programmed past.

When we judge, we stop the flow of possibilities: the possibility to understand that we may be victims of the society that shaped us, the possibility to see that the person in front of us is performing a script taught by family and institutions, the possibility that we are also “playing a roll” in that script, the possibility that we are much more than that…
